Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️Important notice regarding cosmetic and beauty products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This applies to all skincare, bodycare, and beauty items sold in our store. If you receive a non-cosmetic item, standard return conditions below apply.

To be eligible for a return (non-cosmetic items only), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact.beeauty@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to: Hronské Kľačany 147, 935 29 Hronské Kľačany, Slovakia. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact.beeauty@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: cosmetic and beauty products (for hygiene reasons), perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union – 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification – except for cosmetic and beauty products, which are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(e)) due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact.beeauty@gmail.com.
