Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Carrier We ship with Packeta. For pickup point delivery, you can select your preferred Packeta pickup location at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly with Packeta.

Undelivered & Returned Parcels If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest Packeta pickup point for up to 7 business days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.beeauty@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Taxes & Customs All prices include VAT where applicable. For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs fees apply.
